Creating Health with Naturopathy
I have 17 years clinical experience. Naturopathic Medicine also known as Naturopathy uses natural substances to treat the patient. Recognition of the patient's mental, emotional, and physical states are important in diagnosis and treatment. Naturopathy uses modalities such as Herbal Medicine, Homoeopathy, Flower essences and Nutrition to treat illness and complaints such as arthritis, skin complaints, stress, migraines and infertility to name a few. I use iridology to aid analysis of your body.
Iridology
is a method of analysing the condition of the body via the iris. I take a photo of the iris and then load it onto a computer screen that is viewed and then explained in detail. This gives you the opportunity to see what I see and therefore have a greater understanding of how lifestyle and diet can affect the body and mind.
Herbs work to strengthen the body’s ability to heal itself. They are nutritive and have properties that help balance and regulate the body’s metabolic pathways.
Homeopathy is a 200-year-old medical system that uses diluted amounts of plants, minerals, and organic substances to treat symptoms. Homoeopathy corrects the energies within the body, which when in disharmony will create disease.
Aromatherapy massage aids arthritic conditions, or sore and tired bodies’, resultant of exercise, and day to day running around, that may wind us up and leaves us feeling stressed. Something we all have experienced from time to time.
Reiki is an ancient Japanese therapy that aligns the body’s energy, treating emotional and physical distress.

- In my weight loss programs I design a diet specifically designed for you, in conjuction with exercise you can lose weight and regain health. I also use flower essences to give you the emotional support and nuturing that is needed when you make life altering changes.
