ABOUT ME
My name is Meredith, and I have been on my spiritual path all of my life. During my early teens I began asking questions, such as– “Why am I here?” “What is the purpose of my life?”
These questions have taken me on my own wonderful, healing journey.
I have learnt a lot about subjects such as healing, meditation, angels, crystals, past lives, reincarnation, karma, and the list goes on!
While I love to perform healing sessions for my clients, I also love to teach meditation and assist others in their own inner healing journeys.
When your life seems out of balance and you are not happy with what you find in your immediate environment, you can have no doubt that the imbalance is occurring inside of you somewhere.
It is a reminder for you to go within, and heal some part of self.
Once this has been done, you find that you feel empowered and confident to move forward fearlessly in your life!
Those old patterns can finally be discarded. New doors begin to open and you have the guts to move through them like never before.
Through inner healing, you begin to dissolve all those things (fears) that have continuously held you back in the past.
REIKI
After many years of learning about spiritual healing, I discovered Reiki.
Reiki is a wonderful tool for inner healing and bringing physical relief.
Reiki is a very gentle, nurturing energy.
If you are feeling a bit frazzled, run-down and just generally out of sorts, a session of Reiki may be exactly what you need to help you feel focussed and balanced again.
For more intense healing, a series of sessions over a longer period would be of benefit to assist with releasing old and outmoded fears, patterns and habits - not to mention physical ailments.

As well as providing Reiki sessions, I also attune and teach Reiki to anyone who feels they are ready to take that step. I teach in a very down to earth manner and enjoy passing on the skills I've learnt.
CRYSTALS
During a Reiki session, I may, though not always, use crystals to place on or beside your body as I work to enhance the Reiki energy. The difference with crystals is very subtle yet powerful.
I can also suggest different crystals that may be of benefit to you, whether it be a physical, emotional or spiritual issue, which you can carry with you to assist in the healing.
MEDITATION
Many people find it very difficult to meditate on their own. Not knowing how, or even if they are doing it 'right' etc. A meditation/development group is a wonderful place to start.
Firstly, you are with others that also had to start somewhere. Having someone to guide you and others to share their experiences, one learns quickly and often gets immediate results.
During my meditation group, I lead the meditation so that each person (usually no more than 8 people at a time) relaxes into a beautiful, uplifting healing journey.
We then travel through an inner space where we can find understandings of ourselves and our relationships that we had no access to previously.
The insights and growth that come with meditation can be phenomenal. I feel truly blessed to be able to share in so many experiences of growth and wonder, bringing people a sense of self empowerment.
