I specialise in Pain Source Release®, . This is a gentle form of massage that uses a combination of myofascial release, trigger point, remedial, deep tissue, craniosacral therapy and reiki. Stretching combined with gentle pressure allows your body to unwind at its own pace. As it is so gentle, it can be used for acute as well as chronic pain. Even though gentle is emphasized here, the treatment does penetrate as deep as it needs to.
This treatment activates your body awareness and stimulates your healing response. Posture holding patterns are addressed. This allows your body to move more freely so you don't have to use as much energy to do the everyday things. More energy left to do what you want to do.
