SERVICES
Remedial Massage.
Remedial Massage stretches muscles, inhibits muscle spasm, increases flexibility and helps break down scar tissue. Therefore, it can help you recover from injury, either from an accident, sport or surgery.
Corrective Manipulation of Muscles, Tendons and Ligaments (Lester Cox Method).
As muscles go 'out of place', this method realigns the muscles and tendons to where they should be to enable full and effective movement.
If you have pain, I consider first that 'things are out of place'. Then if there is tissue damage, I work on enabling healing to take effect by massage, and deep tissue work and cupping.
Sports Inuries.
If you play sport, regular massage can help prevent injury. We can develop a massage program in conjunction with your training to maximise your performance and rehabilitation.
Relaxation Massage.
If your physical or emotional health is challenged, massage can eliminate the production of stress chemicals in the body. If you're feeling under pressure, wind down with a soothing massage to feel revitalised.
Corporate Massage.
After noticing the benefits of massage, you may like your company to provide massage to the workforce of which you are a part. Corporate Massage is available at the workplace to assist workers feel revitalised in their work.
Kahuna Bodywork.
Kahuna Massage is unique in a number of respects. The practitioner uses their hands, forearms and elbows and moves around the table (using flowing hula and Tai Chi style movements) working with energy while applying soft and deep tissue massage.
It is a wonderful way to pamper yourself or a friend. To bring the joy of life to your body, a feeling of peace to your mind, a sense of wonder to your soul. This is the 'rolls-royce' massage.
Polynesian Floorwork.
This is a clothed massage with the patient lying on the floor. With the bodyworker placing high pressure and full stretches on the person, the body does feel very much renewed.

I do mobile visits but only for Kahuna Bodywork. The fees are the same as for visiting the clinic plus $30 per visit plus car parking costs.
