I have worked with AFL Players, Representative Basketball Teams, Hockey Players, Under 18 Aussie Rules players, The Police Bike Riding Team, and the Fire Brigade. I also have treated clients with Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, Cerebral Palsy, Multiple Sclerosis, Rheumatoid Arthritis and Cancer Patients (Breast, Ovarian,)
My job is a very rewarding one, and to be able to help is one of great satisfaction. To me Massage is a very important part of our lives today as we all lead very hectic ones. I will help provide the best possible treatment for you with a positive outcome.
One day a month we have what is called a "BEAUTIFUL YOU" morning for women that have been diagnosed with cancer or are undergoing chemotherapy or radiation. You are shown beauty techniques on skin care and makeup followed by trying on wigs. Followed by a hand or foot massage.. The morning is all complimentary so feel free to ring and book in. It is a fun and very relaxed morning.

REFLEXOLOGY
Reflexology brings about relaxation, balance and healing through the stimulation of specific points called reflexes, on your feet or hands. It is based on the concept that every part of your body is connected by energy pathways and by working over these reflexes in a precise and systematic way, I can help stimulate your body to achieve it's own natural state of wholeness and good health. Treating your feet can have a deeply relaxing and healing effect on your whole body. As your feet are very receptive, working on the reflexes is especially beneficial in restoring balance to your body.
INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE
Indian Head Massage has evolved from traditional techniques that have been practiced in India as part of a family routine for thousands of years. The belief is that massage preserves your body's life force and energy, and is a powerful way of relaxing. Treatment concentrates on your scalp, neck, shoulders, upper back, arms and face whilst sitting upright in a chair.

Join one of our Personal Training classes which consists of 60 minutes of cardio, stretching, Pilates, yoga, core work, strength training. Blood pressure and pulses are monitored through out the training.
