I work with various modalities and tailor sessions to suit my clients. I work in a holistic way on all levels of:- Body

The way I work treats the whole person and works at the core level of being, that is where the problem started. I look at the complete picture of what is happening in your life, how it is affecting all areas of your life and what symptoms and behaviours it is producing.
In this way I am able to work with the cause of the problem instead of trying to “fix” the symptoms. In working on the cause of the issue, healing begins and the symptoms diminish and new awareness develops.

About Me
I am a fully qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist working in Wahroonga.
I use modalities such as Heart Energetics, Family Constellations, Trauma Resolution, Voice Dialogue and NLP alongside traditional Counselling methods.
My areas of special interest are:- Helping people reach their goals

• helping women adjust to motherhood and parenting
I hold a Diploma in Professional Counselling and an Advance Diploma in Core Energetics Psychotherapy (also known as Heart Energetics).
