Hi my name is Amnys Darbyshire. I am a holistic body worker; I use ancient techniques, which were taught to me from my Tibetan masters. I am the only person in NSW using these techniques that i know of. What I do is called Chi Nei Tsang and it can be described as abdominal releases massage, I also practice traditional remedial therapies such as Remedial and relaxation massage, Lymphatic Drainage, Ear Candling and Hot Stone Massage (the DELUX of massages!). Who should visit?? Someone who suffers abdominal discomfort, digestive and menstrual problems, fluid retention, had lymph nodes removed. People who are stressed, have muscle tension and need nurturing or any one who needs a really good massage.

What is Chi Nei Tsang (CNT)?

CNT is an abdominal release massage. Chi refers to the energy & information
of the body; Nei Tsang refers to the internal organs. A literal translation
would be "working the energy of the internal organs" or "internal organ chi
transformation". CNT is a holistic approach to massage therapy within the
Traditional Chinese medicine paradigm; it integrates a person's physical,
mental, emotional and spiritual energies.

What are the benefits?

CNT Detoxifies: CNT manipulations help clients relieve their body of excess
stagnation. It improves elimination and stimulates the lymphatic and
circulatory system

CNT help restructure and strengthen the body: By working on the visceral
structures and positioning of the internal organs CNT stimulates them into
working better, it also releases deep-seated tensions and restores vitality.

CNT helps you deal better with your emotional life: All of our non-processed
emotional life is stored in our digestion system waiting to be addressed.
Poor emotional digestion is also one of the main reasons for ill health.
CNT allows the process of emotional life to unfold and clarify.

CNT teaches clients to know themselves better: We believe that everyone is
responsible for their own health and that healing comes from within.
Clients are taught simple techniques to improve health.
