What is Qigong?
Qigong is an ancient Chinese group of exercises that connect you directly with your own qi - your vital force which enables your body to heal itself. The power within you is there, you just need the key to tap in to it ! This is the same power used in true maritial arts. And everyone has the capacity to utilize this healing energy !!
