Bowen Therapy
Gavin Lake has been practicing as a Bowen Therapist since 2002. When and where appropriate, Gavin can incorporate suitable physical and mental exercise routines in with your Bowen treatment(s) to help you recover your health and wellbeing. Such exercise routines are particularly useful if you are suffering with chronic pain or illness, neurological disorders (eg. Parkinson's Disease), poor posture, mental and emotional issues (eg. grief, anxiety or depression) and the like. Gavin offers a variety of Bowen treatments to suit your particular needs. Some of these include:-
* Bowen massage - for stress relief and general tune-up
sessions
* Bowen lymphatic drainage - gently stimulates and enhances
lymphatic drainage
* Bowen remedial - for musculo-skeletal problems, chronic or
acute.
* Bowen for neurological disorders - slow and very gentle, for
suffers of Parkinsons, Neuropathy, Motor Neurone and others.
Reflexology
Marlene Lake has been practicing as a Reflexologist since 1998. In addition to the relaxing and therapeutic benefits of the Reflexology session, where helpful, you will be shown gentle exercises that will help your particular health concern.
Foot Mobilization Therapy
Both Gavin and Marlene offer a gentle form of Foot Mobilization Therapy if you have particular, postural, growth or other structural problems that this type of treatment may help.
Mobile Services
Home visits can be arranged for either Bowen Therapy, Reflexology or Foot Mobilization Therapy. Please give us a call to enquire about charges, times and arrangements for treatments in your own home.
