For women only
Develop a more sensitive, functional and responsive pelvic floor.
Enrol now and:
Improve coordination of the pelvic floor with body movement
Enhance support for pelvic organs while walking, lifting etc
Learn to tighten or loosen the pelvic floor as required by the action
Assist awareness and tissue strengthening
Starting: Thursday 23 October 9.15am

Lifting the load
SAFE AND STRONG
Learn to lift and carry comfortably.

Develop coordination and strength for lifting easily
Improve awareness of posture and movement

Our Team
The practice was initially established in 2000 by Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist, Dr Peter O'Sullivan and Musculoskeletal Physician, Dr Richard Yin. Our aim was to develop a multidisciplinary centre of excellence of the management of musculoskeletal disorders.
We have a broad range of expertise in our clinic and work well as an integrated team.
All practitioners in the clinic have completed postgraduate university training and are involved in teaching and research. This means you are being treated by highly qualified people at the forefront of new developments in the management of musculoskeletal disorders.
Sarah Wiin
Sarah is a Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner(R) and Physiotherapist. She has extensive experience in exercise rehabilitation, including resistance training and Pilates and has tutored at the University of South Australia and lectured at Regency Institute of TAFE.
Sarah has a special interest and expertise in the management of musculoskeltal pain, movement and neurological disorders.
