Remedial Massage
We have over 14 Remedial Massage Therapists specialising in a range of styles from Sports, Trigger Point, Deep Tissue, Chinese, Postural Alignment, Acupressure, Pregnancy and much more. And what will this do for you..... Perhaps you have constant back pain, headaches or muscular discomfort. Our Remedial Massage Therapists will sit you down and find out firstly what it feels like for you and then will use a combination of techniques most suited to your needs. A chronic condition may need a series of treatments, especially if your problem has taken many years to build up to its current state. The Urban Retreat Therapists are all fully qualified and experienced enough to give you helpful home hints and advice. Most remedial massage can be claimed on Health Funds - please ask for this at the time of booking.
Relaxation Massage
A relaxing and rejuvenating massage. The use of essential oils will further enhance your relaxation leaving you feeling regenerated and revitalised. If you enjoy a full body relaxation massage please let our therapists know. I always like to have my back, neck, shoulders, back and front of legs, hands, feet and arms included. I like to finish face up and have my main area of concern worked on for a little bit longer. Don't worry about being specific, it helps us to tailor the treatment to your needs.
R & R (Relaxation and Remedial)
A combination of the above. Ideal for those needing firm remedial massage but also wanting a relaxation component. A perfect combination to leave you feeling worked on but also rested.
STRESSED OUT!
We have recently intoduced a new "Stress Massage" this encompasses a herbal application to the skin prior to your massage to assist your central nervous system to relax and we also massage your body in a "Stress" aromatherapy blend of oils. This treatment is suited to an hour or one and half hour massage. It comes under our "Speciality" range and is only available with some Therapists. Ask us at time of booking. .

A half hour Ionic Cleanse Foot Spa. If you are looking for a simple and effective way of detoxing or wish to enhance your regular dietry detox book in for this treatment now.
