Traditional Japanese Acupuncture and Moxibustion

Compared to conventional acupuncture, the Japanese style is an extremely gentle form of Acupuncture. Japanese Acupuncture uses only the highest quality and thinnest needles in the world. Very shallow insertion is used (1-2mm!) so you feel very little if any feeling upon insertion.
Conventional acupuncture can sometimes be uncomfortable and invasive, Japanese Acupuncture however is gentle and very comfortable. Overall, the treatment is beautifully relaxing, nurturing and rapidly resolving of symptoms.

Naturopathy/Homeopathy
We can assist you with all of your Naturopathic and Homeopathic needs. With our initial WELLNESS CHECKS you will discover exactly where the imbalances are in your body and how they relate to your overall Holistic sense of Wellbeing. Wellness checks can include: random blood glucose test, blood pressure monitor, dietary intolerances, hormone imbalances and more. We will provide you with Herbs, Homeopathic remedies and Bach Flower remedies according to your specific results with the wellness check.

Fertility and Pregnancy programs
We work very closely with Private midwives and midwives at the Box Hill and the William Angliss Hosptals providing a range of services to pregnant women. We also use a combination of modalities to assist you with natural fertility, to prepare for conception and birth and to assist you in the journey into parenthood.
Whether you are looking to conceive, are already pregnant or are recovering from a recent birth we can help you feel your very best.
Japanese Acupuncture and Moxibustion is used to enhance fertility, to prevent complications during pregnancy (ie: morning sickness, back pain, headaches, breech presentation etc..) to assist the body, mind and spirit in preparation for birthing and to aid recovery post birth.
