This Reiki I attunement workshop will be run by Remedial Masseur and Reiki Master, Mario Storace.
“Once attuned by a Reiki Master, Reiki is a form of first aid in your hands, that will never leave you. Energy will flow through your hands whenever you touch with intent. Following an attunement, Reiki 1 will enable you to treat yourself, other adults and children, animals and plants, food and water. Reiki can safely be used in combination with medical advice and treatment, as well as with other complementary therapies.”

Y Chakra Meditation Adventure... a healing journey through the chakras
This series of 9 meditation sessions guides you on an explorative adventure through the chakra system. Each session focuses on an individual chakra to bring healing and balance, as you explore its energies and functions, release limitations and imbalances, and discover the strengths and truths you hold there.
Beginning with the base chakra, and working up to the higher chakras, each session will consist of a discussion about the qualities of an individual chakra, followed by a guided meditation journey to explore and heal that chakra. After each meditation, there will be an integrative period of creative drawing and journalling, to record your experiences of the journey and any insights received.
R Kids Guided Meditation & Creative Drawing Group...
takes your children on an adventure into imagination and creative expression
In these guided meditation journeys, your kids will be encouraged to playfully explore, discover and express their beautiful, confident and lovable qualities, while releasing their fears and limitations. They are also guided to connect with their angels, higher self, and other nurturing energies, helping them understand that they are fully supported in every step they take through life.
After each meditation, there is an integrative period of creative drawing to encourage kids to express their experiences and insights.
R Healthy Food, Happy Kids... a workshop for parents and kids

Bring the fun and convenience back into healthy eating and help improve your children’s (and your own) long term health. By gaining a better understanding of how the body uses food, you can help your children stay on the happy side of weight management, blood sugar, and neurological imbalances like attention disorders & learning difficulties.
This workshop runs over 2 sessions.
The first session is be for parents, giving you a background understanding of common dietary needs, and issues, and offering useful suggestions on how to ‘make healthy food fun’. The second session is for kids and parents together, incorporating fun creative activities to teach kids about the importance of fueling the body with ‘good stuff’, and showing them that healthy food can be both fun and yummy.

good nutrition made easy
Coming later in the year, this is a nutrition workshop for adults.
Learn about why good nutrition matters, how diet related deseases develop, and how you can easily improve your nutritional intake without major disruption to your lifestyle. We will cover many different topics, including such things as the different food groups, the function of individual nutrients, ‘good foods’ versus ‘bad foods’, instinctive eating, food additives, weight management, blood sugar balance, nutritional supplements, the importance of balanced nutrition in childhood development, and managing the vibrational state of foods.

In my practice, I take a holistic and co-creative approach, aiming to help you return to a state of health, well-being and true joy.
Holistically, I look at the whole picture of you when addressing any issue, whether it be physical, mental, emotional or spiritual. My view is that everything is interconnected and so influences, and is influenced by, everything else. I look at your physical illness in relation to your life circumstances, beliefs and energetic patterns, aiming to reach and re-balance the deeper causes.
It is my belief that you are ultimately a perfect reflection of your true source, the God within, which is capable of over-coming any illness, any challenge, any limitation or difficulty. You constantly create your future life experience, not only through your physical actions, but also through your beliefs and perceptions about yourself and your present situation.
There is no reason why the situation you are in today must be the situation you will be in tomorrow. Every day is a new day with new choices and new directions, new attitudes and new beliefs. You are not bound to carry the burden of yesterday’s beliefs and attitudes all the way into tomorrow. Nor are you bound by physical illness.
When you recognise your own co-creative power, you can change any situation.
My aim is to help you to express your innate heal-ability, enabling you to release the resistant and unbalanced energies which cause physical illness and emotional & mental suffering, through a greater expression of the strong, wise, beautiful self within.
