Part of your assessment will also include muscle testing, checking for weak core muscles that are not supporting and protecting your body. Once all test results are analysed a very clear picture is formulated which is explained to you. We believe by empowering people with knowledge they are able to make better decisions and actively participate in their journey to recovery. This approach prevents reoccurrences.
Part of the recovery process may entail rehabilitative exercises, dietary advise and nutritional support where necessary.
