So what is Core Energetics Therapy?
In the western world, there are many different kinds of healing and therapy. Somatic therapies connect the mind and body, yet ignore the spirit. There are mental/emotional psychologies that ignore the body.
Core Energetics is an integration of psychology, spiritually and physicality. We say that the mind, body and spirit are one embodied entity.
Core is dynamic, creative and challenging, it utilises the body’s own energy system to unleash our full potential.
Many of us have had painful experiences during our lives we defend against this pain and make our lives work, unfortunately we pay a price and sacrifice our vitality and aliveness to hold it all together.
