We now run three beautiful centres in Manly, Harbord and Mona Vale open 7 days per week.
Over 22 practitioners offer a range of services, and are renowned for their depth of experience, skill and compassion. Centrally located with easy parking at each centre, we are the original "one-stop-shop" for all reputable and mainstream natural therapies.

REAL YOGA, REAL CHOICE:
Qi also makes Yoga accessible to ordinary people as well as dedicated students. You can choose from a wide range of Yoga in casual classes and courses as well as pilates and meditation classes in our 3 climate-controlled studios.
$25 for FIRST 5 CLASSES: Special Introduction offer!
We provide changing rooms and all equipment. There are regular workshops on special aspects of Yoga or with visiting teachers. Details and timetables are on our website, with over 70 classes per week to choose from.
We also specialise in Pre-Natal Yoga with 4 classes per week, and regular pre-natal yoga courses and workshops)

QUALIFICATION DETAILS
All practitioners at Qi are fully qualified, usually with a minimum of four years clinical experience, and are members of their respective professional associations.
