What is Reiki?
Reiki is an ancient, simple way of healing using "Universal Life-Force Energy". It is used on all four levels: the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
What are the benefits to me?
High Ki energy will make you feel strong and confident to handle life's challenges; it will give you a sense of enjoyment of life.
Low Ki energy will make you feel weak, negative, listless and the body will be susceptible to viruses and diseases. Stress, fear and worry weaken the flow of Ki energy. Medical research has determined that continual stress can block the body's natural ability to repair, regenerate and protect itself.
How does it work?
As a Reiki Practitioner I am a conductor of "Universal Life-Force Energy".
What are you required to do in this treatment?
Fully clothed, you relax on a comfortable Reiki Table.
As your body relaxes the "Universal Life-Force Energy", that comes into your body will be absorbed like a sponge. Your may feel like sleeping for hours or you may feel full of energy. The body will respond accordingly.
What is Theta Healing?
It is an amazing and incredible technique, enabling deeply held mental and emotional blocks to be easily and quickly identified, and be changed in the unconscious mind.
It is beliefs, rather than simply luck, that set apart people with amazing success, health and happiness.
