MASSAGE THERAPIES
Massage is an excellent way of reducing stress and the accumulation of tension in the body. We need to take time out for ourselves to feel relaxed and rejuvenated. Massage creates positive physical and emotional wellbeing for everyone. I have been a massage therapist for over 15 years there are different types of massage you can choose from and some can be combined with one onother.
DEEP TISSUE/REMEDIAL MASSAGE
A firm massage, with specific techniques incorporating pressure points to effectively relieve all layers of muscle affected by tension build up and chronic pain. It is deeply relaxing, improves circulation, lowers stress levels and leaves you totally refreshed.
INTUITIVE MASSAGE & REIKI HEALING
A unique Emotional Release therapy developed by Madeleine to heal Mind Body and Soul. It is a combination of Massage, Healing and a Psychic reading, which occurs throughout the treatment. Dialogue is encouraged allowing you to express your concerns as you gain more insight into your innser self to accelerate the healing power.
The massage helps you become relaxed and calm as the awareness of the relationship with body, mind and emotions are awakened and accepted.
The healing is transmitted via hands to release emotional fears, traumas and blockages, from the past and present. The chakras (energy centres) of the body are being balanced and refreshed whilst bringing renewed energy and harmony to the body.

CRYSTAL FACIAL MASSAGE THERAPY
This amazing treatment will leave you with a firm, glowing complexion and a sense of well being. Specific crystals are placed at acupressure points to heal and balance you, whilsts crystal wands are used with selected essential oils to massage your face, neck & chest, this stimulates circulation and the lymphatic flow of detoxification. An ayurvedic mask is applied as you relax, feel rejuvenated and renewed.
PREGNANCY MASSAGE
Massage during pregnancy focuses on the special needs of the mother to be. A comfortable and safe massage using appropriate aromatherapy oils to relieve normal discomfort experienced during pregnancy, the emotional, physical and structural changes. Massage is beneficial throughout the nine months of a healthy pregnancy. It relieves tension, fatigue, reduces blood pressure, backache, leg cramps, headache and oedema.
AROMATHERAPY MASSAGE
A nurturing and deeply relaxing massage, giving the feeling of pure indulgence, the combination of therapeutic touch and aromas can be powerfully effective in boosting your immune system and rejuvenating body and soul. Essential oils are selected and blended together according to your emotional and physical health.
REIKI HEALING & CHAKRA BALANCING
A hands on form of energy healing restoring blance and harmony within. Reiki symbols are used that connect to the universal life force. HEALING THE INNER CHILD WORKSHOP
Who is this child living within? Why is it trapped inside? What does it have to offer? How can it be liberated? You will answer these questions for yourself in this 2 day workshop. (optional 3rd day) Through a combination of words, pictures, and activities you will be guided in discovering, nurturing and protecting your own inner child.
