AROMATHERAPY MASSAGE
Aromatherapy is the holistic application of essential oils to improve your physical and emotional wellbeing. Combined with massage, it is a deeply pleasurable yet highly effective way of healing. AROMATIC BODY WRAP
An aromatic body wrap designed to hydrate, relax and condition the entire body.
It commences with a gentle exfoliation and continues with a delicious smelling warm oil applied to the body after which the body is wrapped in muslin. While the oil is infusing, your feet and scalp will be massaged and you will have a mini facial leaving you in a state of bliss.
This is a treatment for women only. So ladies why not bring some freshness to that dry winter skin.
REMEDIAL MASSAGE
Remedial massage is used to treat specific musculoskeletal problems and injuries including aching neck and shoulders from office work. A variety of different techniques are used in addition to essential oils to soothe and correct these and associated problems, working on the muscles, tissues and joints to establish harmony and balance once more.
PREGNANCY MASSAGE
Massage can be beneficial in promoting relaxation, soothing jangled nerves and relieving an aching back, shoulders, legs and feet during pregnancy. It can help to improve the blood flow and maintain flexibility in the muscles, ligaments tendons and joints.
It can instil a feeling of wellbeing not only in the mother but also the unborn child. So mum-to-be why not have a massage and experience that sense of nurturing that you deserve.
INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE
Indian Head Massage is a fast and effective technique for destressing and calming. Tension is often stored in the shoulders, neck and head areas, causing headaches, eyestrain, neck and shoulder pain. Indian head massage works on the upper back, shoulders, arms, neck, head and face to relieve this stored tension, thus helping to relieve the above symptoms. There is no need to undress and the massage is done with you sitting in a chair. Please bring a comb. It is the ideal treatment for office workers.
BALINESE BODY PALMING
Balinese body palming is an ancient art, which has been used to assist relaxation for thousands of years. It helps to induce relaxation while stimulating the energy and blood flow. It is a very relaxing one-hour massage done fully clothed on the massage table. It commences with a footbath continues with a firm palm pressure down the body and finishes with a scalp and facial massage. It is the ideal anti stress massage.
It is recommended that you wear loose clothing for example, a tracksuit for this massage.
REFLEXOLOGY
Reflexology is a therapy based on the concept that areas in our feet and hands correspond to organs and other parts of our body. Reflexology is relaxing and helps the body to retain its natural state of balance. When pressure is applied to specific areas of the hands or feet, a reflex response will occur in the corresponding part of the body, allowing a renewed flow of energy to stimulate the healing process. It is helpful in stress related and other conditions. The ideal treatment for people who spend hours on their feet or who don’t like body massage but would like to experience the feeling of ease that comes from a body in balance.
Allow yourself to drift off in the special reflexology chair to the tranquil sounds of music.
Crystal chakra balancing and /or angelic balance is also available with a one-hour treatment.
CRYSTAL MASSAGE
Crystal massage is done using crystal spheres, wands and stones in combination with essential oils. The combination of both leads to a relaxing massage that treats all levels, physical, emotional and spiritual.
Crystals are also used in conjunction with reflexology. You may choose to experience a chakra balance or an angelic balance.
