Our Company Values
Remedial/ Deep Tissue Massage
Very firm all over general massage. It is for people who enjoy having a thorough yet firm remedial massage.
The most important point to note is that having a deep tissue massage does not necessarily mean having a painful massage. ‘Deep’ is a level at which the tissue can be worked not a pressure. It will be firm but it should not be overly painful.
The full body will be massaged (arms and feet require a special request) Special areas can be focused on as per request e.g neck and shoulders.

Remedial Therapy Body Work
Recommended for sufferers of muscle related pain and chronic problems.
Examples include but are not limited to:
- Pain in the Lower Back, Neck & Shoulder etc
- Muscle Tears
- Injuries Stemming from Gym Training or Other Training
- Postural Related Dysfunction
- Abdominal Dysfunction stemming from surgeries such as C-Section
All our Clients receive a thorough physical assessment prior to beginning as well as a comprehensively tailored treatment plan (which is part of our ongoing care).
Our treatment sessions includes quite a lot of Remedial Massage, Myofascial Release, Stretching, Kinesiology, MET & Cranial Sacral work, all of which is tailored to your specific problem.
This service may also include a Strength & Conditioning aspect if it is necessary to rehabilitate the problem area. The Strength & Conditioning exercises are functionally integrative, meaning that they are relevant to your problem area and can be done from home!

Strength & Conditioning
This service is part of your treatment plan. According to your body’s needs we determine what areas need to be stretched & strengthened in order to rehabilitate you back to optimal health. We take you through your exercises and use an online system that you can use from home in order to successfully and correctly do your prescribed exercises
During a session we will go through:
- how to do the prescribed exercises correctly.
- Proper breathing technique
- How to correctly recruit your core abdominals.
Using the online system means you don't need to come in weekly for results! For those needing the discipline, this half hour service can be bought as needed!

Energy Healings
These sessions are focused on cleansing both your internal body and its organs as well as your external etheric body & chakra system. The healing acts like a powerful detox that requires minimal effort on your part.
These types of treatments have been shown, through research to lower blood pressure, speed up healing time of wounds and broken bones and reduce stress.

Learn Massage: Introductory Course for Couples
Learn the skills of massage to apply in your own life for you and your partner. You will be taught skills to apply for both a simple (but not basic) remedial massage and also a relaxing one. You will be able to adapt these skills to use on your children or friends. You will be able to do a full body massage or just use the techniques to apply to certain areas to help ease the stressors of your daily life!
Learn to Heal
A new course that helps you harness your psychic potential and healing abilities. Learn to heal in a non dimensional way. You will be aligned with an energy that is specific to you and the energy that you naturally carry. We will work to open your abilities up and learn to apply them in a functional way that resonates with the line of work that you do. This course is ideal for all practitioners in the health industry and also for those just starting out.
