Our staff are trained, qualified and insured to deliver short time frame massage within the office, or at your next conference or event.
Massage can be performed on a seated chair, massage table or portable desk headrest.
R&R Corporate Health workplace massage is proving extremely effective in companies across Melbourne. This involves the provision of 10-15 minute massages either at the employee workstation or in a designated space within the building.
These sessions include remedial or relaxation massage and involve ongoing education for staff regarding all areas of their health, as well as focussing heavily on stretching and posture while at the workstation.
