When we have mental/emotional issues in our life that cause us stress, this affects our energy field, causing a block in the flow of energy in our aura. If we do not deal with the issues, the blockage eventually moves in through the layers of the aura, and manifests as illness or injury in our body.
When we do Reiki on a client, we are simply adding energy to the field, clearing away the blockage, and therefore allowing the body to speed up it's healing process, to return to it's natural state of health, creating balance and harmony through body, mind and soul. QUALIFICATION DETAILS
Carol Macrae is a Reiki and Seichim Master and Teacher, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Registered Nurse, Registrered Fitness Leader and Fat Loss Leader, holds a 1st Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo. Carol is a Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates instructor and is a Justice of the Peace. She is also a breast cancer survivor and has worked in this field helping others with nutrition and the mind-body connection.
Carol and her husband Kim have owned and operated Health and Fitness centres for over 20 years, recently selling Chizen Mind-Body Studio (now ChizenHealthClub) in Dubbo, www.chizen.com, to concentrate on the things they are passionate about. She and her husband each have over 25 years experience helping others to be the best they can be. They are also now working on Kim's program www.ikimagic.com.au to help inactive people benefit from fitness and fun!
Carol is now working from the Cobra Street Centre along with other Health Care profeessionals to help people heal their life and create balance.
