Peanut butter is bursting with heart-healthy monounsaturated fat

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • ½ cup yoghurt
  • Leaf of one kale
  • ¼ cup water
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 scoop your favourite protein powder

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender, making sure that the peanut butter is the last ingredient added.
  2. Blend until all ingredients are smooth.
  3. Serve in a tall glasses with a shake of cinnamon on top and a slice of banana to garnish.
