What is Scrub Bird?

Scrub Bird founder Tanya Sambrooks is a passionate advocate of natural and skin care products. According to her, "My aim is to create natural, beautiful, sustainable products that achieve results, I encourage you to try the Scrub Bird range and feel the difference."

A brainchild from Tanya’s creativity, Scrub Bird started when she started thinking about other ways she can use coffee grounds that she keeps on her fridge that she initially was using for her garden. In 2017, after doing some research, she developed a simple recipe for coffee scrub that she had her friends and neighbors “testing” for her. They all loved it so she continued developing more variations of this recipe to create different types of coffee scrub.

But it wasn’t until she mentioned this idea to one of her sales clients who became interested and invested on this idea. And that is when Scrub Bird was born.

And just after a couple of years, and some more new variants of the coffee scrub, the business is still booming. And all of that just from a very simple idea.
