Many people who need this type of service feel a sense of disconnection, foreboding, unexplained terror and a sort of emptiness but cannot put their finger on a specific cause. They often feel constantly anxious, suffer from depression, are emotionally over-reactive or have little control over their actions and may be plagued by repetitive negative voices or constant inner chatter that doesn't feel right. There are different types of entities ranging from benevolent Lost Souls to pure evil non-human attachments. Not to be taken lightly, any spirit attachment, requires experienced assistance to safely be removed as they can be very tricky and/or dangerous and smudging your house with sage may just cause them to jump to another host.

Non-human attachments can be very nasty and may cause a lot of distress to the host as well as to their family and friends. Some signs I have noted in people with attachments of this type include:

Reiki is a gentle, energy-based technique which can be used to treat the whole person, body, spirit, emotions, and mind and is safe during pregnancy and for babies, children and animals as well as people with pacemakers, the disabled and the dying.

It is no longer seen as a "New Age" healing modality since undergoing evidence-based research in a number of universities and hospital environments including the Sloan-Kettering Memorial in New York.

Reiki has been proven to provide positive physiological responses such as reduced heart and respiration rates, lowered blood pressure and control of pain post-operatively and in those with chronic conditions. Psychological improvements included the significant reduction in anxiety and depression.

Other benefits commonly experienced are a sense of calm and peacefulness, whole body relaxation, clearer thinking, and the release of negative emotions.

Regular sessions of Reiki may also improve immunity by activating the body's own natural healing processes, as well as enhancing coping abilities and maintaining general health and well-being.

Tuesday evening at 7.00pm - 8.30pm is Women's Circle. Attend in person at the home clinic in East Victoria Park or join via live Zoom class. A different topic every week. Sessions start off with a check-in, followed by spiritual teaching, a guided visualisation, meditation and/or healing, sometimes involving shamanic techniques, voice or sound healing.
