What is chinese medicine?
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is a unique mode of healthcare which has been used for over 5,000 years in China. In Australia today it is practised as a principle health care practice and as an adjunct to other health care practices.

What is acupuncture?
Acupuncture involves inserting fine pre-sterilised disposable needles into specific points on the skin to reroute or balance qi and bring about healing.

What are chinese herbs?
Chinese herbal medicines are mainly plant based, but some preparations include minerals or animal products. They can be packaged as powders, pastes, lotions or tablets, depending on the herb and its intended use.
