I run two community yoga classes, a weekly stretch and meditation class, monthly workshops that cover a range of topics from eating healthy, how to have healthy beautiful skin, liver, gut and heart health, understanding cancer, midlife and hormonal management and weight loss and how to keep it off the healthy way!! I will also be running regular webinars for those who are in remote areas that specifically want help with their health and wellbeing. See below for all the timings and locations of these workshops.

Nutrition

What we feed ourselves will have everything to do with how we age.

I am not the kind of nutritional coach who will make you stop eating all the foods you love, but I will help you to realise what poor choices do to your system. Understanding the difference between good and bad fats and carbs and having a knowledge of how sugar exacerbates our adrenal fatigue is so valuable if we want to live a long healthy, youthful great looking life. I love chocolate and desserts and comfort food like anyone else. There is however a way to enjoy those foods with a few tweaks to make them healthy. I have an award winning weight management program that is certified Low GI and has helped literally thousands of people all over the world lose kilos. I put my husband on it just this year from News Years day to now. He’s lost 30 kgs already.

Because I specialise in adrenal fatigue, hormonal issues and midlife symptoms and from what I’ve learned from all my medical mentors, I can say with hand on my heart that nutritional supplementation (a pharmaceutical grade, potency guaranteed one) is vital to remain healthy into old age.

We simply do not get the nutrients an ageing body requires for disease prevention from our food alone and and there are enough studies to prove it.


Coaching

Workshops

Roll Back the Body’s Odometer

We run monthly workshops that cover many topics such as:
  • Skin Health and why it’s related to your gut and liver health. This includes a skincare hands on workshop and facial.
  • Heart health – why it kills so many woman and how you can make sure you’ll never be a victim.
  • Cancer – how it grows and how to deal with it holistically.
  • Digestion – did you know we have a second brain? It’s in our gut! How to keep both brains operating to maximum output.
  • Healthy eating choices – come and try certified Low GI foods and learn how to eat your way to good health and smaller waistline.
  • Supplementation – why we need it and how to recognise the rubbish from the real deal.
  • Mindfulness – the way we move, eat, drink, breath and sleep has everything to do with how we’ll age.
  • Turning back the clock – yes, you can. This workshop is about your mindset, what you eat, how you treat yourself, how you move, finding your style and deal with hormonal issues to ensure the next 50 years are brilliant ones.
All of these workshops are presented by experts, have effective slides to illustrate points and will include a healthy afternoon tea while connecting with women with a like mind.
