At Absolute Body Care the focus is on treating injuries, muscular pain or promoting relaxation. A range of techniques and orthopedic assessment techniques is used to isolate muscle groups and dysfunctions.
Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, Manual Lymph Drainage and Trigger Point Therapy are all common techniques used in Remedial Massage Therapy. Stretches, Passive Range of Motion and Active Range of Motion are also used to support and aid recovery.

Absolute Body Care uses Oils and products that have been approved by The Therapeutics Goods Association (TGA).
