With over 21years experience as a Naturopath, I use traditional practices and remedies also pathology testing when required.  Nutritional guidance is given each session, herbal medicines, supplements and Homoeopathics are prescribed when required to restore your health and wellbeing. 

During our sessions I will give you personalised care, guiding you through the best ways you can improve your health. You will learn what foods are best for you, learn more about your body's signs and signals and discover if you need to be taking supplements or not. After each session I write up your treatment plan and send anything else you may need. I like to inspire and educate my clients to feel confident about their health,  giving you many of my treasured daily practices you can easily use at home to better your health and happiness. 

Each session you will be provided with a full report and outline of specific instructions & guidance on how you can feel your best.

  • Naturopath wellness consult at my home clinic in Maragte- 1 hour $100, 45min follow up $75
  • Naturopath wellness consult via video link-1 hour $85 
  • Meditation and mindset guidance  via video link or at my home clinic 1 hour $85
  • Bliss relaxation massage at my home clinic 1 hour $85, 90min $110
  • Energy Healing sessions at my home clinic, 1 hour $85, 90min $110

If necessary, pathology testing done outside the clinic may also be used.
