SAMANTHA 

I am a passionate Naturopath and Yoga teacher. First starting Abundant Health in 1998 consulting as a Naturopath then adding the yoga arm to the business 15 years ago after yoga changed my life. With over 20 years experience in clinical practice, teaching yoga & meditation, lecturing at SA college of Natural Medicine, Radio talk back health and lifestyle.

I live my passion and purpose every day, focusing on wellness and nutrition for myself and my family also helping others.  I have had many years refining the art of living a healthy lifestyle, yet having a realistic balance and enjoying life. 

Throughout life I have experienced many things some of them making me face huge personal challenges, deep anxiety, pain and suffering. I needed to heal myself. I did this  through my knowledge and experience of natural medicine and yoga practices. Having spent many years on self development and yoga teacher trainings in Adelaide, Bali, and Byron Bay. I have learned the art of healing, listening to my body, and self love. My journey has made be a better practitioner, alchemist and teacher.  My purpose is to guide and help people on their individual journey.
