Group class sizes are small – there is no overcrowding. This means Samantha is able to offer personal guidance and adjustments to each participant. Classes are open to beginners through to experienced Yoga devotees and have a duration of one hour.
Yoga for Men this is a very popular class! Yoga for Men is a fun, dynamic class for men of all ages who'd like to learn how to stretch. The class is suitable for tradies, office workers, sport and gym enthusiasts and boys over the age of 10 are welcome. Men love this style of Yoga, it helps with fitness, working the muscles and increasing strength and flexibility.
Private Yoga sessions are offered for individuals or small groups. These focused sessions can happen at your home and babies, children, iPads and toys are welcome. Private Yoga is fabulous for Mums' groups or people who’d like to progress their yoga at their own pace. The hourly Yoga rate can be divided between the attendees. Corporate Yoga is offered for larger groups of people, corporate business, sports and social clubs and schools. Corporate Yoga sessions have a one hour duration and can be taken during lunch breaks, or at your sports club after hours!
