Soft Tissue Therapy and Massage In Belconnen, Canberra
Soft Tissue Therapy (Remedial Massage) is the skilled manipulation of soft tissue for the relief and treatment of muscle soreness and pain. It is the maintenance of muscle balance and the enhanced rehabilitation from injury as it can normalise restriction and reduce pain. If there is a irritation caused by soft tissue including muscle, ligament, tendon or joint, a combination of techniques including deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial release, cross fiber techniques and stretching are utilised to achieve the most effective and quickest results possible for each client. Soft Tissue work can be conducted from the clinic located in Hawker (ACT), or alternatively I provide a mobile service around Canberra.
