Clinical Pilates has been developed by a team of Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists at Advantage Healthcare.

Clinical Pilates utilises a combination of traditional Pilates and specific Physiotherapy body movements to get the correct muscles in your core activated.

This correct activation is essential for normal body motion. Core control will help you to stop your spinal or limb pain. A strong core is the best insurance against injury.

Our studio is a friendly and comfortable environment where you can rejuvenate your body under the expert instruction of university qualified exercise experts. We will develop a custom Pilates program for you that targets all the areas you need to work on.

If you have any spinal or sports injuries and want to exercise safely, you need Clinical Pilates classes.
