FOR SPOUSES, PARTNERS AND SEX ADDICTS

Sex Addiction Australia and the Australasian Institute of Sexual Health Medicine are offering professional workshops to help sex addicts and their partners. The workshops offer a research-based insight into sexual addiction and holistic treatment options, designed to result in full recovery from sexual addiction, restore lost trust, honesty, openness, accountability, boundaries and respect in their relationships. More than 70% of Australian couples say they want to salvage their relationship following sex addiction, but need the help of a skilled and specialised professional to do so.

Partners and Spouses of sex addicts will receive professional support in understanding and validating their own feelings, caused by their partners' sexual betrayal. This workshop will teach you how to develop new strategies to assess your new situation, whether you want to dissolve your relationship, or find new ways to stay together. Most partners of sex addicts experience severe and life altering post traumatic stress, requiring professional and specialised treatment and emphatic support.

The workshops are presented by two experienced Sexologists, Mr. Brett McCann and Ms. Heide McConkey, both outstanding specialists in their fields who have been making a difference in the treatment of sexual addiction for more than ten years.

If you'd like to learn how to use intervention tools and prevent long-term relapse this workshop will help. Our clinical experience has shown that sexual addicts are able to fully recover, rebuild their life and relationships.

You can attend this workshop individually or as a couple. The workshops are confidential, result focused, and client-centred, with two experienced sex addiction therapists attending to a small group of participants. We are looking forward to welcoming you.
