BODY ASSESSMENT AND MONITORING
We track your progress as you go and your body mass index in relation to your age and body type.
We take your measurements in cm: chest, shoulders, biceps, waist, hips, thighs & calves to make sure we are getting results in the right areas.
We combine this with regular heart rate and blood pressure monitoring.
NUTRITIONAL ANALYSIS AND ADVISE
We supply you a diet analysis and regular reviews.
Plan the ideal diet for You making small changes over time to what you are currently eating. This is in order to make you NOT feel like you are on a diet, but instead a lifestyle change you can stick to for life.
We use proper nutrition for your body type NO fad diets.

our group classes are held tuesday nights at 6pm and saturday mornings at 10am.
Classes are structured to not only have fun, but get results weather it be weight loss or increase fitness and strength. you will do anything form tyre flips, battle ropes, sandbag carry and lifts to circuit training on the machines, trail runs, and freeweight lifting and even some competitions run as well to win some great prizes and keep you motivated and get you stronger.
