I have been a Qualified Fitness Trainer since early 2012. The last six years has increased my knowledge on individuals with a variety of Health and Fitness objectives. These include Muscle shaping and strength, Weight Loss, Sport Specific Training, Injury Management and Rehabilitation, Special Needs exercise support, Technique Analysis and Nutrition Programmes.
