Relaxation, Meditation & Breathing for Health & Well-being (small group classes).
The careful selection of techniques and exercises applied in this class support the relaxation process and response. This produces a calming effect on the mind and the body, and encourages a balanced freer flow of energy throughout the entire body. Come and experience quality time dedicated to yourself and learn practical skills you can use on your own, which can produce greater freedom, health and well-being.
Classes are held once a week for 1 hr, for a 6-week period.
Cost $125 for 6 week course.
