Allymac Massage Therapy

A remedial massage should not be so painful that the client is hesitant to return for another treatment. Throughout the massage, there will be a degree of discomfort, however this should ease and be gone within the space of two days, by which time improved range of motion should be apparent.

The methods that are utilised are specifically designed to get the fastest results for the client and to help re-align any muscles that have been over-used or over strained for a long period of time. This is not a once-only method, and one remedial massage will NOT correct all postural issues, as the body will always continually attempt to return to the position it has been trained to be held in. Cell memory and muscle memory are the key here, where it takes continual repetition of retraining to finally get the cells and muscles to learn new positions.
