Dr. Rose Pirritano - Osteopath
Dr. Rose Pirritano is our clinic’s Director, she is an experienced Osteopath who worked in a range of Melbourne clinics prior to establishing Altona Meadows Osteopathy. A 5 year, double degree, which included a Masters degree allowed Rose a comprehensive understanding of musculoskeletal issues. Rose’s approach is tailored to meet her patients’ needs.
Rose has extended her knowledge with training in additional areas which include: Dry needling, pregnancy and paediatric care. Her work in local football and soccer clubs has developed her interest in sports injuries. Rose treats people from all walks of life - babies to the elderly, injured workers and elite sports people.
Dr. Aziza Hassan - Osteopath
Dr. Aziza Hassan completed her Bachelor of Applied Science in Complementary Medicine and Masters of Osteopathy at RMIT University. She has gone on to augment her qualifications with further training in paediatric osteopathy and pregnancy osteopathy, both here and in England. Aziza has a passion for treating children as well as pregnancy-related issues and her aim is to specialise in this field, believing Osteopathy has a lot to offer in giving a child an optimum start to their life.
Aziza has worked in many Melbourne clinics, gaining a comprehensive knowledge of the management of different issues and treatment styles. Aziza approaches treatment with a combination of both structural and cranial techniques, which produce great results for her patients.
Dr. Arantxa Rodriguez - Osteopath
Dr. Arantxa Rodriguez completed her 5 year Osteopathic training at Victoria University. Her studies involved her assisting students with Osteopathy demonstrations and she was also the anatomy lab assistant. Arantxa has furthered her studies by completing a training in Dry needling. She is a dedicated, passionate member of the Altona Meadows Osteopathy team, and strives to get to the bottom of her clients’ complaints. She is keenly interested in all aspects of Osteopathy and incorporates exercise prescription into her management of her clients’ complaints.
In her spare time, Arantxa enjoys swimming, reading and cake decorating. She recently made her own amazing wedding cake.
Dr. Petar Fiamengo - Osteopath
Dr. Petar Fiamengo was formerly the Remedial Massage Therapist at the clinic and has since completed a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science, Bachelor of Science in Clinical Science and Masters of Health Science in Osteopathy.
Petar enjoys treating various conditions including: headaches/migraines, postural and mechanical dysfunctions. His passion is the treatment of elite and recreational athletes and sporting injuries. Petar is a strong believer in taking a proactive approach to therapy and he provides management and rehabilitation information and recommendations for back-to-work and sporting purposes.
Petar brings a wealth of knowledge to our team and his hands-on experience was gained in a range of clinics around Melbourne. His relaxed demeanour will have you feeling at ease - especially if you’re anxious about receiving treatment.
Petar is a martial arts student and plays basketball for a team during his spare time. He enjoys travelling and learning about different cultures.
Nash Djurovic - Myotherapist & Remedial Massage Therapist
Nash is a qualified Remedial and Massage Therapist and Myotherapist, he is a member of ANTA - Australian Natural Therapies Association.
Nash has worked in many sporting fields, including the Melbourne Rebels Rugby Union team, bringing brings a sound understanding of the functioning and structure of the human body and injuries that can occur to it, especially sporting injuries.
Nash is committed to treating your problems and strives to get to the bottom of any issues.
In his spare time, you’re most likely to find Nash working out at the local gym.
