Sherab obtained her Bachelor Health Science (Naturopathy) from Endeavour College of Natural Health. Amrita Health is named after the Sanskrit word for the elixir that gives immortality and health. In the lap of the Medicine Buddha lies a begging bowl filled with Amrita to benefit all beings and restore optimal health and wellbeing.

Taking a holistic approach to healing, Naturopathy considers the whole person - body, mind, spirit, lifestyle, environment, and emotional state.

Sherab conducts online and in-person consultations from her clinic in Nirimba on the Sunshine Coast.

Initial Consultations

During the initial consultation, Sherab will gather detailed information about your symptoms to identify the root cause. You will then receive an extensive treatment plan and prescription to address those causes and restore, balance, and tone affected systems. 

A series of tests will be carried out to determine the underlying condition of your health, including functional testing, dietary analysis, blood analysis, allergy testing, and physical examinations.

Follow-up Consultations

As your healing journey continues, Sherab will refine and develop treatment over time and provide ongoing support.
