How it Works

The treatment will last for three months as it involves a thorough evaluation of your health, case history, past treatments, as well as the use of questionnaires and physical examination to determine the quality of your mood, sleep, pain and life.

Your initial appointment will determine the treatment approach that we need to take. You may be required to undergo additional testing if necessary.

On our second appointment, we will create a comprehensive treatment plan and set our goals. At this stage, we could get your other healthcare providers involved. 

On our third and fourth appointments, we will review the progress and goals of your treatment plan and make the necessary adjustments if there’s any need for it. 

Aside from that, you will receive information on the nature of pain, barriers and tools for change, self-care, exercise, mindfulness, and dietary changes.
