What is Holistic Kinesiology?

The consideration of the complete person in the treatment of any condition or situation.

To this effect a Holistic Kinesiology practitioner will consider the impact of stress on not only the physical body, but also the mind, emotion and spirit.

How Kinesiology Works

Kinesiology can create the best possible health by assessing your body structurally, emotionally, nutritionally and energetically.

Your practitioner will identify key factors blocking your body's natural healing processes, or stopping you from moving forward.

Kinesiology helps the person to achieve a more positive life where they respond rather than react to situations.

If you are experiencing any illness, pain, or fatigue of the body or mind, it means your body is currently under stress. The level of this stress can be tested in many ways by a qualified kinesiologist who has an extensive understanding of the connection between various muscle groups and their links to the cells, organs, hormones and energy flows in the body.

A Kinesiology session will enable an awareness of thoughts, beliefs or emotions to the conscious mind, where upon you are able to examine the value of them and what impact they may have on your health and wellbeing.

During consultation a session will be designed that is based upon your particular issue and the best support for your body to heal itself, using a number of techniques that may include, but are not limited to:

  • Traditional Chinese Medicine

  • Counselling

  • Acupressure

  • Nutritional Kinesiology

  • Reflexology

  • Homeopathy

  • Sound Therapy

  • Colour Therapy

  • Flower essences
    Tissue Salts
    Pure Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils
  • Lifestyle advice and support
This wellness approach to healing means we treat or remove the cause of the problem. In this way your body can heal itself and you can move ahead independently, without being dependent on a remedy or the practitioner.
