Anne-Marie comes to massage from a background in the health industry where she has been a Registered Nurse for more than 25 years. Convinced of the power of therapeutic touch after providing massage to terminally ill patients, she completed her Diploma of Massage at the Australian College of Massage in Norwood, South Australia, in 2010.

Following her interest in the area of Palliative Care, Anne-Marie completed all four modules of the Oncology Massage Training in early 2013 and is now State Coordinator WA/SA for Oncology Massage Ltd and facilitates courses nationally and in New Zealand. Oncology Massage is an extremely gentle form of massage that can bring about profound relaxation. It is safe for people at any stage of the cancer journey and research has shown it to achieve major reductions in the levels of pain, anxiety and depression experienced by cancer patients.

Anne-Marie is passionate about massage as an invaluable tool to treat a multitude of physical issues and as a couterbalance to our increasingly stressful lives. She has an interest in massage for Anxiety and Depression and welcomes clients who would like to explore the benefits of bodywork as an addition to other treatments.
