I have over 20 years of experience and extensive training in helping people let go of their fears, phobias, addictions, traumas and more. Really listening to the person's issues and needs, I have helped many peple such as yourself to overcome obstacles that were hampering their health, vitality and progress, in turn allowing them to move forward with their goals and their life in general. A person's needs vary, sometimes they need emotional guidance, other times their mind is in need of rebooting.

Patterns of behavior, such as lack of confidence, smoking, over drinking or over eating can be formed over time, other patterns such as PTSD, fears and phobias can be introduced suddenly, often through a traumatic event. All of these have a common thread in that they live in the unconscious mind and as such, as an experienced hypnotherapist and NLP practitioner, I can help to guide your unconscious mind to freedom from the crippling and sometimes life damaging effects of these patterns.
