Counselling is a holistic way of addressing a problem, analysing it, and moving forward with a better sense of wellbeing and peace.  

The concept of working holistically on a problem focuses on considering all parts of the individual—from pre-birth, birth, childhood right through to where we are at present. All of these and more contribute to what shape us today. 

The remedy is different for each and every one of us.

So whether it is a period of great pressures, crossroads, new chapters, major life transitions, family dynamics or simply navigating some of the day-to-day scenarios that are presented to us, taking the first step to work with what is being asked of you is the biggest step of all.
