I am a problem solver and I am extremely passionate about the maintenance of a harmonised and balanced life. For many years I was unable to find my true calling and juggled many jobs and my health business, as of recently I have taken the leap. I am fully committed and dedicated to being a specialist in my field.

True wellness is the connection between how we feel emotionally, physically and spiritually, without one the others will tend to struggle.

Following quite a while of skipping from one "job" to the next, attempting to discover my "niche". I have taken the dive into "wellbeing". I am focused on being the best of the best, a master in my field. I am now more balanced and I am able to promote balance in others.

My philosophy is “helping healthy people be happy”. What I mean by this, is that I assist you to thrive by recognising where or what your individual and unique happiness is.
