Services On Offer
Sports Injury Therapy
Why Come & See Us? We are 'hands-on' physiotherapists with a bias towards manual therapy and exercise prescription. We do all we can to provide you with a preventative program so that you too can take part in your treatment and reduce your future physiotherapy requirements.
For some patients we may recommend a course of Pilates consultations to assist in building core stability. With a range of flexibility exercises this gives you the best chance of reducing long-term pain or discomfort and reducing the chance of any future attacks of more severe pain.
We are sometimes asked if on-going treatment is necessary. This is usually not the case. We do all we can to provide the patient with the capacity to care for themselves.
We treat individuals from many different walks of life with many different conditions. From the largely sedentary office worker to the most accomplished athlete we are able to provide an individualised physiotherapy program devised following a detailed examination.
