LOWER BACK PAIN
Remedial Massage can help you
What is Remedial Massage?
Remedial Massage Therapy is a conservative paramedical treatment that helps restore function of soft tissue (muscles, tendons, ligaments). It involves the use of manual manipulation of tissue and a range of specialized techniques. Massage plays a major therapeutic role in the treatment of health conditions.
How can it help?
Massage stretches muscles, inhibits muscle spasm, increases flexibility and helps break down scar tissue. Therefore, it can assist recovery from injury, either from an accident, sport or surgery.
A neck and shoulder massage can also alleviate and help prevent chronic pain an injuries caused by poor posture of sitting for long periods of time.
Our Remedial Massage Therapist uses a specific combination of techniques, including Tigger Point Therapy, Myofacial Release, Accupressure, and Sports Techniques.
