Mark Dalton - Chiropractor
I first got involved in Chiropractic when I was helped as a child with an athletics injury. Before this, I can remember wanting to become a sports physician.
After completing a Bachelor of Science degree at Sydney University and then a two year Masters in Chiropractic at Macquarie University, I started practice as an associate in Chatswood in 1998. At the end of 1998 I decided to join another practice at Asquith. At this practice I joined forces with my mentor and later I bought the practice from him in 2002.
Mark is a member of the chiropractor’s Association of Australia (CAA) and The Australian Spinal Research Foundation. Mark has previously served on the board of directors of CAA (NSW).
Naturopath, Massage Therapist, Acupuncture, Kinesiology.
We have a these ancillary therapies available for use on site.
There are many different techniques used to adjust a patient. All techniques used in this practice are safe, gentle and effective. After studying your x-rays and EMG scans we will use an adjusting technique suitable for your individual needs.
The major techniques we use include:
Chiropractic Bio-Physics can be best characterized as full spine and pelvis corrective procedures having a firm foundation in the sciences of biomechanics and physics. CBP Technique integrates drop table, diversified, toggle and instrument adjustments to correct subluxations by restoring normal spinal mechanics.
The Activator Methods is an evaluation method and a handheld adjusting instrument that delivers a consistent low-force thrust.
This technique uses a specific manual thrust usually by hand to return spinal bones to their normal position.
If you have been to a chiropractor before and have a preference about how you are adjusted, please let us know.
