ASTARTE Astarte Mind & Body Studio offers an alternative approach to health and fitness from Bellydance and Pilates through to Power Plate Acceleration Training, Personal Training, and holistic wellness education.

Privately owned and operated, Astarte Mind & Body is a small home-based studio catering up to a maximum of 6-8 participants per class, ensuring individual attention in an intimate and relaxed environment.

Astarte Mind & Body studio offers both One-on-One and Group Personal Training sessions specialising in Functional Strength Training and mind/body fitness. Achieve your health and fitness goals safely and effectively through a guided and structured personal program.

POWER PLATE - WHOLE BODY VIBRATION TRAINING
One-on-one and Group sessions

Vibration training stimulates the circulatory system while actively accelerating muscle contractions. Proven benefits include;
